New Building By-Law

On Nov. 28, 2011, City Council passed By-law 2011-334 which regulates matters pertaining to the Building Code including the issuance of building permits and related matters.

New Building Permit and Application Fees

On Nov. 28, 2011, City Council passed By-law 2011-335 which revises the City's rates and fees By-law 2011-154 as it pertains to application for and the issuance of building permits. The new fees are effective Dec. 6, 2011.
